Colombian yellow is one of the sweetest varieties of dragon fruit. It is grown commercially due to its productivity. Genetically, it looks very different from other varieties of dragon fruit, with thorns appearing to grow in the ‘opposite’ direction.
Dragonfruit stems are scandent (climbing habit), creeping, sprawling or clambering, and branch profusely.
