Imam Pasand

Imam Pasand mango also known as Himayat, is a premium mango variety from South India, especially popular in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu. The fruit is large and oval-shaped, with green to yellowish skin that may not fully change color even when ripe. Inside, the pulp is soft, juicy, and fiberless, offering a rich, sweet taste with a slight citrusy and tangy note. Imam Pasand is highly prized for its unique flavor, smooth texture, and strong aroma, often considered one of the finest dessert mangoes. However, it is also delicate and requires careful handling.
